Man with Purpose 037 – Boysen Hodgson | Working On Your Shadow with Pavel Nikolov

Man With Purpose Podcast

with Pavel Nikolov

I very much enjoyed speaking with Pavel on his podcast.

Amongst other things, we talked about the shadow, the unconscious aspect of ourselves which we reject, deny and/or repress. Lessons Learned

1. Pain drives evolution – organism evolves when the environment it is in becomes toxic and it has to evolve

2. Your partner isn’t responsible for your emotional labour

3. Listen, admire, mentor and bless the young people around you

4. Children would not do what you say, but they will certainly do what they see you do

I’m always grateful to speak with anyone about men’s work!

Thanks to Pavel …
